This Privacy Policy explains how Nexus Connect LLC, a California limited liability company (“Nexus Connect,” “we,” “us”), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit nexusconnectstaffing.com (the “Site”) or contact us about our staffing services.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you submit our request form or contact us, we collect what you provide: your name, company, email address, phone number, the role and number of hires you need, hours and time zone, and any message you include.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit. These logs are used for security and to keep the Site running.
- Cookies. The Site itself does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics or similar tools in the future, we will update this policy.
2. How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry, match you with candidates, and schedule interviews;
- To provide, manage, and bill for our services if you become a client;
- To communicate with you about your request or our services;
- To maintain the security and performance of the Site; and
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
3. How we share information
We share information only as needed to operate our business:
- Service providers who help us run the Site and our business (for example, website hosting, form processing, email, scheduling, and payment processing), bound to use it only on our behalf;
- Our staffing partners who help us source, employ, and manage staff, but only as needed to fulfill your request;
- Legal and safety purposes, when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Nexus Connect, our clients, or others; and
- Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
4. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described above, including to maintain business records and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and then delete or de-identify it.
5. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing emails, by contacting us at ryan@nexusconnectstaffing.com. You can also unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any such email.
California residents. Depending on applicable law, California residents may have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; to request deletion or correction; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share it); and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make a request, email ryan@nexusconnectstaffing.com. We will verify your request before responding. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.
7. Children
The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. International transfers
We are based in the United States and work with staff and partners in Latin America. Information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where we or our service providers operate.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it was last changed.
