These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of nexusconnectstaffing.com (the “Site”), operated by Nexus Connect LLC, a California limited liability company (“Nexus Connect,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About the Site
The Site provides general information about our remote staffing services. Nothing on the Site is an offer to enter into a contract. Staffing services are provided only under a written Staffing Services Agreement signed by you and Nexus Connect (the “Agreement”). If anything on the Site conflicts with your Agreement, the Agreement controls.
2. Pricing and service descriptions
Prices, discounts, guarantees, terms, and timelines shown on the Site (including next-day interviews) describe our standard offering and are provided in good faith. They may change without notice and are subject to candidate availability, the specific role, and the terms of your Agreement. Prices are in US dollars.
3. Using the Site
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false information, attempting to interfere with its operation or security, scraping it in bulk, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
4. Information you submit
When you submit a request, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. Our use of that information is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including the Nexus Connect name and logo, are owned by Nexus Connect or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use them without our prior written permission, except to view and share links to the Site.
6. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites (for example, government data sources). We are not responsible for their content or practices.
7. Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Third-party figures cited on the Site (such as US wage data) are provided for general comparison only.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexus Connect will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Site. This section does not limit any rights or obligations under a signed Agreement.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
